February 2024 - Launched monthly skills assessment and feedback sessions for livelihood program participants, ensuring continued development and readiness for local job opportunities.
March 2024 - Introduced a gender equity initiative to promote equal employment opportunities for women in entrepreneurship, focusing on empowering women through financial literacy and business workshops.
April 2024 - Enhanced partnerships with local businesses to create internship and job placement opportunities for program graduates, giving them real-world work experience.
June 2024 - Increased enrollment in specialized programs like Meat Processing (from 145 to 148 participants), Perfume Making (from 30 to 35 participants), and Candy Making (from 60 to 64 participants), marking growth in training diversity and inclusivity.
September 2024 - Reached a milestone with 1,140 total beneficiaries across all livelihood programs, showcasing the barangay’s dedication to holistic empowerment and quality-of-life improvement for residents.

JOURNEY TO ENVIRONMENTAL ENGAGEMENT
June 2024 - Began intensified clean-up operations as part of the Manila Bay Rehabilitation Project, involving residents in eco-awareness initiatives to reduce waste and enhance local waterways.
July 2024 - Conducted educational workshops on waste segregation and recycling, encouraging residents to adopt sustainable practices at home.
August 2024 - Organized a high-impact clean-up drive that attracted over 230 volunteers, including youth, local organizations, and environmental advocates, fostering a spirit of environmental stewardship in the community.
September 2024 - Achieved a 70% increase in clean-up activities, conducting a total of 17 clean-up drives compared to the previous semester’s 10. This increase reflects the barangay’s commitment to a cleaner, healthier environment.

JOURNEY TO JUSTICE AND EQUITY
January 2024 - Implemented zoning regulations to promote equitable land use, ensuring that development aligns with community needs and preserves neighborhood quality.
February 2024 - Initiated an awareness campaign on residents’ legal rights, enhancing public understanding of zoning laws, and promoting informed community involvement.
March 2024 - Successfully conducted the first clearing operation of the year, targeting public safety improvements and removing obstructions in key areas for a more organized and secure environment.
June 2024 - Established the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (BDRRMO) under Chief Jun Sacramento to streamline disaster preparedness and response.
July 2024 - BDRRMO held the first of several community earthquake drills, building residents' capacity to respond effectively to emergencies.
September 2024 - Demonstrated preparedness with the successful evacuation of 187 residents during Typhoon Enteng, reflecting efficient coordination and strong community support.

July 2024 - Achieved second place in child immunization coverage among Parañaque’s 16 barangays, increasing immunization outreach and coverage by 12% for over 700 children.
August 2024 - Launched a medical caravan serving more than 1,000 residents, offering free consultations, screenings, and essential health services, marking a significant step towards accessible healthcare.
September 2024 - Hosted the GERIA Senior Wellness Medical Mission, reaching 150 senior citizens with free medical services, health check-ups, and medication support to promote senior health.
October 2024 - Established a Satellite Clinic in Goodwill 2, providing faster and more accessible healthcare for residents in more remote areas, reinforcing the barangay’s commitment to health equity.

JOURNEY TO CULTURAL ENRICHMENT
June 2024 - Kicked off the fiesta season across various communities, celebrating local traditions and cultural heritage, which strengthened social bonds and showcased community pride.
August 2024 - Planned "Binyagang Barangay 2024," a community-wide mass baptism event projected to baptize over 50 children, fostering a shared cultural and spiritual experience among residents.
September 2024 - Held the PAW-ctober PETstival, offering spay and neuter services for 120 pets to encourage responsible pet ownership, along with various activities celebrating pets and their owners.
Edukasyon
JOURNEY TO EDUCATIONAL EXCELLENCE
July 2024 - Celebrated Nutrition Month with workshops and feeding programs, benefiting over 200 children and promoting health and nutrition awareness among their families.
August 2024 - Organized Parent Orientation at the Barangay BF Daycare Center, which focused on the role of parents in early childhood education, aligning with DepEd guidelines to foster a supportive learning environment.
September 2024 - Conducted the CDC Funday and Teachers' Month celebrations, engaging over 100 families in community activities that highlighted the contributions of educators and strengthened family-community ties.
Urban Poor
JOURNEY TO URBAN EMPOWERMENT
June 2024 - Distributed 416 free barangay clearances and 1,627 Barangay IDs, a 15% increase from the previous semester, making essential documents more accessible for urban poor residents.
July 2024 - Expanded Offsite Services to streamline access to important documentation, enabling residents to obtain necessary IDs and clearances conveniently.
August 2024 - Increased support for marginalized sectors by collaborating with local government units to expedite assistance programs, ensuring equitable service delivery.

August 2024 - Held the first Ugnayan session, establishing a direct channel for residents to voice concerns, discuss solutions, and participate in decision-making. This initiative built community trust and provided a responsive approach to addressing residents' needs.
